Refund & Exchange Policy

At Artsy Framing, each piece is carefully handcrafted to order. We take great pride in delivering high-quality frames and artwork. However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during delivery. Please review our policy below.

Exchange Policy (Damaged Items Only)

We only offer exchanges in cases where an item arrives damaged, including broken frames or glass.

1. Notification

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order if any damage is found.

Late claims may not be accepted.

2. Documentation Required

To process an exchange, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Close-up images showing the damage (especially glass or frame edges)

  • Your order number and full name

This helps us assess the issue quickly and accurately.

3. Exchange Process

  • Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Replacement items will be dispatched as soon as possible.

  • We aim to make the exchange process smooth and hassle-free.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our products:

  •  We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, color preferences, or design selection errors.

  •  Refunds are not available for items that are not damaged.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • A replacement is not possible due to product availability, and

  • The damage claim is approved after review.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen differences and handcrafted materials. These are not considered defects.

  • Artsy Framing reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet the above conditions.
